Save A Sample! ("we," "us," or "the program") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through saveasample.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through forms on the Site, including:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone) when you sign up as a student, school, artist, or design firm
  • Company and mailing information when you apply to donate samples, participate as a school or program, or apply for a sponsorship tier
  • Payment information when you make a donation, processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe
  • Any message content you submit through our general contact form

We do not store credit card or payment account numbers ourselves — all payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process sign-ups and connect donors with schools, students, and artists
  • Review and follow up on sponsorship applications

  • Recognize and promote participating firms and their donations on our social media channels and website, using the marketing contact provided

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with:

  • Stripe, to process donations
  • Schools or design firms, when necessary to facilitate a donation or sign-up connection (for example, sharing a donor firm's contact info with a receiving school)
  • Service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our website host), under obligations to protect your data

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. School and program administrators may report general age-range information about the students or participants in their program as part of a participation survey.
